Top Traded Stocks WalletHub sent over a report today that breaks out the 25 top traded stocks for the hedge fund industry in the second quarter of 2017. The chart below shows them in order, and while there are several bank & financial stocks - Bank of America, Wells Fargo, American Express and U.S. Bancorp - none fall under the category of "fintech", at least as defined by the

KBW Nasdaq Financial Technology Index (KFTX). So, while we think fintech is HOT HOT HOT, apparently the hedge fund trading community says NOT, NOT, NOT......or at the very least, "NOT YET".

Anyway, check out the chart below and compare and contrast to the list in the KFTX index. It would appear there is much more work that needs to be done to raise the visibility of fintech stocks in the hedge fund community.
