Fintech slips lower. The FOMC did nothing (no surprise) to interest rates and the market did nothing (kind of a surprise) as well. Another sleepy day with the KFTX losing 3.95 points (-0.36%) to settle at 1096.95. Just drifting along.

It looks like a whole lot of the fintech index’s 50 stocks had itsy bitsy moves today, but let’s seek out the individual stocks that had a 2 point and/or 3% change on the day.

ADS  +2.01  (230.39)
FICO  -2.36  (120.94)
FISV  -2.05  (105.38)

This is a pretty paltry list and matches the previous few days. Almost no changes in the majority of the issues and even the advance decline (16 up, 32 down, 2 unchanged) is a mirror of the last 2 days. Boring!

The rest of the week looks like more of the same. Don’t know why, but it is what it is. Friday brings the employment numbers (NFP…….175 est vs 156 prior) but after today’s ADP numbers it would seem that no one cares………..at all. Have a good evening.
