Financial Advisor CFPN, the parent company that publishes Financial Advisor and ETF Advisor magazines, has acquired FintekNews, a digital media company based in Atlanta that operates the FintekNews.com web site. The transaction was completed this week.

FintekNews was founded in 2016 by Cindy and Bill Taylor. Cindy will continue to serve as publisher, while Bill plans to remain as an editorial contributor.
